Design Services Questions
Here you can find some questions that my clients often ask me.
Great question! The first step is to get in touch by filling out my contact form. I usually start my projects with a discovery call with my prospective clients, followed by a short exploration phase where we work with you to define the project scope, design process and services we can help you with. We’ll then proceed to share our cost estimate, prepare a statement of work and schedule in kickoff calls.Once the paperwork is complete and the deposit payment is settled, we get to work!
I have a MEF (minimum engagement fee) in place, which means all projects cost €2500 or more. Over the years, I’ve discovered this is the minimum figure that allows me to provide all my clients with a consistently high standard of work across multiple services, whilst allowing room for projects to change. I offer my potential clients a number of different dynamic billing structures, including fixed project fees, hourly rates, and monthly retainers for both design and development services.
As a freelance website designer I frequently work on projects from start to finish, including strategy, graphic design in Figma and developing within Webflow. Alternatively, if you just require me to handle the designing of your website while letting other team members focus on the design or Webflow development part, that is an option as well.
Because I believe Webflow and no-code development is the future of the web. It allows us to develop much faster and create engaging and easy-to-use websites on all devices in weeks not months. Plus, with Webflow's security, fast loading, and SEO optimization features, businesses have a reliable platform to grow and find new potential clients online.
