As a freelance web designer and Webflow developer, I offer a range of services to help clients build and maintain their online presence. This includes web design and development, branding, e-commerce solutions, website maintenance, and more. I pride myself on being a one-stop-shop for all my clients' digital needs.
Great question! The first step is to get in touch by filling out my contact form. I approach each new project with a detailed discovery phase to understand my client's needs, goals, and preferences. This involves gathering information about their target audience, brand identity, and desired outcomes. From there, I work closely with my clients to develop a custom strategy that meets their unique needs.
I have a MEF (minimum engagement fee) in place, which means all projects cost €2500 or more. Over the years, I’ve discovered this is the minimum figure that allows me to provide all my clients with a consistently high standard of work across multiple services, whilst allowing room for projects to change. I offer my clients a number of different dynamic billing structures, including fixed project fees, hourly rates, and monthly retainers for both design and development services.
I offer ongoing support for all my clients, including website maintenance, content updates, and troubleshooting. I am committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that my clients are satisfied with the end result.
